Delivery Service Delay or Suspend in light of the epidemic Covid-19

Due to the adjustment of postal services in light of the epidemic, our local, inbound and outbound delivery services thru Hong Kong Post will be subject to delay. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Glamorousky offers delivery to over 40 destinations worldwide.

 

However, delays in postal services are expected due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic. Please refer to the announcement by Hong Kong Post about the Details of Suspended Speedpost Destinations.

 

Longer Delivery Time:

Learning from our experiences, order will always arrive within 5-14 business days, with a traceable record on the local official post office.

However, with COVID-19 pandemic still affecting the world, the arrival time is always 2-3 weeks longer than usual after we dispatched since March 2020, due to the insufficient flights.

You should remain patient on waiting the order's arrival. Once you have any question, please feel free to reach us thru our contact us page. A reply within 24 hours is always guaranteed to you.
