A. Local Delivery (within Hong Kong)
Shipping Cost
The shipping fee would be HKD40 for order amount below HKD480. FREE shipping service will be applied automatically to your order in check-out when the purchase amount is over HKD480.
Coverage of Delivery
We ship to addresses within Hong Kong including outlying islands.
Delivery Duration
In general circumstances, orders will be dispatched through SF Express within 3-5 business days after the order is received. Nevertheless, we endeavor to ship our orders as soon as we can whenever possible.
Please note delivery to remote areas or outlying islands may require 1-2 additional working days.
If the items are all available in our Hong Kong warehouse, parcels will be always dispatched within 3-5 business days after the order is received.
If the items are transferring among our Hong Kong and China warehouses, or our consignment selling partners, extra transfer day may occur. Parcels will be always dispatched within 3-5 business days.
SF-express always delivered in 3-5 business days. If you cannot be reached during delivery, SF-express will contact you for negotiating a new delivery time, or a new delivery location for self-pickup.
Your order would be delivered on time usually, although delays may occasionally occur. Factors beyond our control may impact delivery time and these may include unforeseen impacts caused by our delivery partners and weather disturbances. Glamorousky carries no liability in these cases and recommends that orders are placed as early as possible.
Self-pickup Service – SF Stores / SF Lockers
Self-pickup service at SF Stores and SF Lockers is available. You can input the SF store or SF Locker address in full in the SHIPPING ADDRESS in Checkout page. You will receive SMS or phone notification from SF Express once the parcel is delivered to the service point. You can pick up the parcel at SF Stores or SF Lockers upon verification.
Track your Order
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use the tracking number to locate your parcel on the courier website.

Product Exclusions
Most of our products are available for International delivery but some exclusion do apply.
Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labelling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining the products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country.
Insurance
Glamorousky insures each merchandise during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you or is collected. We require a signature for any goods delivered or collected, at which point the risk of loss of the merchandise passes to you. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, such as in the case of a gift delivery, then you agree that the recipient's signature shall constitute evidence of delivery and fulfilment of your order, as well as the passing of risk.
If the package delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or contact us immediately. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by us. Our Customer Service Representative will let you know the next step.
Tax & Duty
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the recipient country's government once the product reaches your country.
All additional charges for customs clearance, import/customs duties and taxes are payable by you (the customer/recipient). Such charges are not included in the delivery fee or purchase price of Glamorousky's products.
Customs policies vary between countries. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Glamorousky will not be responsible for the payment of any customs duties under any circumstances.
