Q: Do you ship to overseas?
A: Most of our products are available for international delivery but some exclusion do apply.
Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labelling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining the products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country.
Q: Do I need to pay tax and duties?
A: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the recipient country's government once the product reaches your country.
All additional charges for customs clearance, import/customs duties and taxes are payable by you (the customer/recipient). Such charges are not included in the delivery fee or purchase price of Glamorousky products.
Customs policies vary between countries. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Glamorousky will not be responsible for the payment of any customs duties under any circumstances.

A: For domestic delivery, HKD40 will be charged for orders below HKD480. FREE shipping service will be provided for orders amount HKD480 or more.
For international delivery, HKD50 will be charged for orders below HKD800. FREE shipping service will be provided for orders amount HKD800 or more.

A: In general the order takes 3-7 business days to process.
For domestic delivery, we will dispatch orders through SF-express in 1-2 business days. The order should be delivered in 2-4 business days. SF-express will contact you during delivering.
